Jolanda Bijl
Jolanda spent the first three years of her professional life in HR and Recruitment at Shell. Commercially eager, she teamed up with two recruitment firms, searching in Belgium, France, Germany and the UK. First as Senior Consultant, later as Country Manager, she was especially active in the Chemical, Automotive, Food and Metal industries.
In 1995 she founded Pantapasin International in hotspot Rotterdam. Her team is geared up to source high caliber candidates for high end positions in The Netherlands, Europe and beyond, specialized in finding the best (cultural) match for client and candidate.
